MeditationCoach.com ("we," "us") is operated by Greg de Vries. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. The short version: we collect as little as possible, we never sell your data, and you can leave anytime.
Information we collect
- Email address - only if you join the community list. Signups are delivered to us securely through Netlify Forms and kept in Greg's private contact list. They are never shared.
- Purchase information - payments are processed entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your card details. Stripe shares your name and email with us so we can deliver your purchase and help with any issues.
- Basic usage data - our hosting provider (Netlify) may log standard technical information such as IP address and browser type to keep the site running and secure.
How we use your information
- To deliver meditations you've purchased and help if a download doesn't work
- To send the newsletter you signed up for - mindfulness tips, new meditations, and course announcements
- To respond when you contact us
What we don't do
- We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information - ever
- We do not send spam, and every newsletter includes a one-click unsubscribe link
- We do not run advertising or ad-tracking on this site
Third-party services
We rely on a small number of trusted services: Stripe (payments), Netlify (hosting and signup form delivery), Google Drive (delivery of purchased audio files), and Google Fonts (typography). Each has its own privacy policy governing the data it processes.
Your choices
- Leave the community list anytime - reply to any email and say so, or write to us
- Request a copy or deletion of your information by emailing greg@meditationcoach.com
Children's privacy
This site is intended for adults and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes to this policy
If we make meaningful changes, we'll update this page and the date above.
